MALE IBS-NALTREXONE - Diarrhea, constipation, or alternators included. Must have documented 6 month history. Must have negative urine drug screen.
MALE OR FEMALE IBS CONSTIPATION - Abdominal pain, bloating, constipation.
FEMALE- DYSPEPSIA - Must have upper abd pain, early fulness or bloating, nausea, or vomiting. Main symptom cannot be heartburn and cannot have current IBS symptoms.
MALE OR FEMALE DIARREHA - Loose to watery stools at least 75% a day for 8 days out of 14.
MALE OR FEMALE- HEPATITIS C - For treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C that have not had any prior therapy for their hepatitis C.
MALE OR FEMALE HEARTBURN - Must have been taking Prilosec for at least 14 days out of the last 4 months. No prior history of gastrointestinal problems.
MALE OR FEMALE-GERD - Patients having gastro esophageal reflux disease. This study is starting in October 2005.
MALE OR FEMALE -HEPATITS C - Hepatic fibrosis who have failed antiviral therapy.
